- Preheat your oven to 230c or preferred temperature
- In a pan, cover your pan with butter and add in your onions, tomatoes, and minced garlic.
- In the same pan, add your chicken, bell peppers, corn, tomato paste or chosen sauce, and all your spices. Cook till everything is mixed together and cooked well.
- In a bowl, prepare your sauce by mixing the tomato paste or chosen sauce, ketchup, and spices. Hint: the more the merrier!
- For an extra kick, add drops of Sriracha sauce to your liking.
- Now it's time to prepare your tortilla wraps. Prepare multiple by adding your chicken and sauce and wrap it. Leave it to the side.
- In a baking dish, add your sauce in the bottom, line up your tortilla wraps, then cover the whole dish with the remaining sauce.
- Add your cheese mix on top, mix in bell peppers, or corn, or coriander if you'd like. Put it in the oven till fully cooked and cheese is melted.
