- Wash mince and drain water press with hands squeeze water take food processor (add onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves green chilies, curd, salt chat masala red chilli powder haldi powder roast kabab masala besan lemon juice) and grind in the food processor and keep in freeze overnight.
