- Now apply little oil on your palm and take round ball of potato mixture and flatten it, Now fill it with corn mixture and flattened it again carefully.Make 4-5 tikkis following the same process.
- Now heat oil in kadai for 7 mins and fry the tikki and carefully turn it with spatulla so that it cannot break into pieces.GARNISH WITH CHAAT MASALA AND SERVE WITH SAUCE.
